Coconut Macaroons

This very simple recipe makes a bunch of really tasty Coconut Macaroons.
Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 175 gram sugar
  • 200 gram grated coconut



Mix the egg whites and the sugar and whip them until stiff. Gently mix in the coconut.
Place globs of the mixture onto baking paper. They don't rise in the oven (too much) so they can be closely together.
In the oven for 20-30 minutes and let cool.
